Return & Refund Policy – MIRACOLOS

At MIRACOLOS, every outfit is specially tailor-made with exceptional care, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Because each piece is created uniquely on order, we follow a strict No Return & No Refund policy.

Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

1. No Returns & No Refunds

We do not accept:

  • Any kind of return request
  • Any refund request
  • Any cancellation after order confirmation

All orders are processed with utmost precision, and each product is crafted exclusively for you.

2. Exchange Policy (Only for Genuine Cases)

We only accept genuine exchange requests, and only in the following situations:

A. Size / Alteration Issues

If the received product has a size issue due to misfit or alteration concerns, you may request an exchange.

B. Genuine Manufacturing Defect

If the product has a genuine defect, an exchange will be processed after verification.

We do not exchange products based on:

  • Colour variations due to screen/lighting1
  • Personal dislike of design
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size chosen by customer

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To request an exchange, the customer must provide:

A. Unboxing Video

A clear, continuous unedited video showing:

  1. The unopened package
  2. The entire unboxing
  3. The product clearly visible
  4. The issue/defect highlighted

No request will be accepted without this video.

B. Packing Video During Exchange

When returning the item for exchange, a second packing video is compulsory showing:

  1. The product
  2. Its condition
  3. The packaging process clearly

This ensures transparency and prevents misuse of the exchange process.

4. Exchange Conditions

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Video proof must be valid and clear
  • Product must be unworn, unused, unwashed
  • Tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • Exchange request must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • Exchange will only be for the same product (size replacement or defect correction)
  • Customer must ship back the product safely (shipping charges may apply)

Only genuine cases will be entertained.
MIRACOLOS reserves the right to approve or reject any exchange request based on video verification and product condition.

5. Why We Don’t Accept Returns

Each MIRACOLOS outfit is:

  • Handcrafted and custom-tailored for you
  • Produced with individual sizing and detailing
  • Made on order with dedicated time, effort, and workmanship

Because we put immense effort and cost into producing each piece, returns and refunds are not feasible.
