2. Repacking Video (for approved exchanges)

   • Shows product condition and proper packing

No exchange will be processed without valid videos.

• Returns

• Refunds

• Exchanges for dislike, colour variation, or change of mind

• Exchanges for incorrect size chosen by customer

MIRACOLOS reserves the right to approve or reject exchange requests after verification.

9. PRICING, OFFERS & PROMOTIONS

• Prices may change without notice.

• Discounts and promotional offers are time-bound.

• MIRACOLOS may withdraw offers anytime without prior communication.

10. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users must not:

• Spread misleading or defamatory content

• Attempt to hack or introduce malicious software

• Use bots or automated tools

• Duplicate or resell MIRACOLOS products without permission

• Misuse coupon codes, offers, or referral systems
